The second release from our Heritage Sour Series is our Foraged Sour. Hand-picked gorse flowers bring a chamomile & coconut flavour. Nettles from Deptford Park add subtle tannins that are balanced with a blend of wine & Belgian ale yeasts. Briefly ageing on cedar wood added more floral layers for a dry, balanced & tropical sour. This one clocks in at 4.9%.

Aroma interesting. Taste less so. But it’s alright. Bit of something, creamy which is a touch unwelcome.

Subtle, pineapple, coconut, nettle, not getting the spelt in the malt really, but nice sharp finish
