Brewed in collaboration with Restaurant Barr in Copenhagen. We used 01|24, our rye saison, as a base and pitched Brett yeast. We then added green, pink and Sichuan peppercorns. A complex, balanced and spicy dry saison.

Keg at the brewery. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is nice woody btett, tangy pineapple, citrus, earthy Base grains, little pithy citrus. Palate is semi crisp, moderate carbonation, woody. Flavour is composed of pithy grapefruit, pepper, Rye, lemon citrus. Woody. Little pear. Decent.
