Tap at the brewpub. Shiny golden body, thick white head. Meaty, spicy-phenolic, yeasty aroma with fruitiness underneath. Yeasty, fruity taste, a bit earthy, spicy. Herbal somewhat, green mango. An atypical saison, but not bad apart from the aroma.

Keg at Knäppingen, Norrköping. Lightly hazy golden, mid sized head. Mild aroma of marzipan and elderflowers. Dryish with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Rather crisp with some buckwheat, mild citrus and marzipan. Light spicy bitterness.
