Bottled (from Alko webshop). Very deep brown colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some nutty and mild sweet malts with dried fruity sweetness. Flavour is chocolate, some very ashy notes, mild roasted coffee. Watery palate.

Dark brown colour, small beige head. Toasted malts, smoke and cocoa in the nose. Light-bodied. Toasted malts, ash, some smokeyness in the flavour. Decent smokeyness but quite dry and even watery. Tolerable.

Definitely lots of smoke. Black pour with ok head. Some hidden off tang in this. Dark chocolate, nut. Bitter and slightly tangy end. Bottle at brewery.

Tap at Bryggeri Helsinki, Helsinki. Colour is dark brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some chocolate, some coffee and roasted malts. Some hints of Christmas spices too.

(Keg at Bryggeri Helsinki, 20191009) The beer poured clear and nearly black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate, smoke and lightly sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, sweetness, smoke, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A nice but bit thin burnt brew with smoky notes.
