A bottom-fermented unfiltered beer with a delicate bitterness, botanical elements & distinctive spicy notes. The Czech "Saaz" hop is enhanced by the coolness of the peach & combined they give a distinct taste identity to the recipe.

Tap at The Hoppy Pub. Almost clear light amber with beige head. Crisp malts, soft caramel, fresh pils malts, there’s some herbs and flowers and some nice fresh green leafy hops. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied with crisp feel. Fresh stuff, tastes like spring with some darker autumn malts.
