Eingetrübt goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, getreidiger, leicht grasig hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Draught: Not completely clear, golden, loose and stable white head, sweetish malty and grainy nose, traces of burnt malt underneath; mild to moderate sweetish flavour, delicate bitterness; quite soft, hardly medium bodied; shorter sweetish grainy finish. Quite weak by franconian standards…

500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head and a slight haze. Grassy aroma with hints of citrus and hay. Crisp and refreshing taste with grass, orange and herbs. Enjoyable.

Hazy golden. Aroma is light herbal hops with some honey and chewy malt. A little fruchtgummi and wax. Popcorn as well. Taste is sweet toast with good herbal bitterness. A bit grainy and earthy. Pretty well balanced and hop bitterness forward. Good.

On tap at the brewery. drank in the garden with AndrewC brown malt bit nuttiness hint of caramel very good first beer of the day. some hop dryness on finish. good caramel zwickel.

Keg at Greifenklau, Bamberg. Hazy golden, creamy head. Doughy nose with some grass. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Dough and grass. Mid bitter finish.
