Wer krüsch ist und lieber Schampus als Bier trinkt, sollte mal unser Imperial Brut IPA probieren. Maximal trocken, ordentlich Wumms und viel fruchtiger Hopfen. Und das ganze fast ohne Bitterkeit - ist das noch Bier? Egal, probiert es einfach mal.

Trocken alkoholischer Start, hellmalzig, der Hopfen geht darin zu einem Großteil verloren. Mild herb, erhöhte Karbonisierung, weich. Stark getreidig-hellmalzig bleibend, kaum noch Hopfen, dunkle Bitterkeit. Mittellanger Abgang. Eigenwilliges Gebräu, dass die Bezeichnung IPA nicht verdient hat. 10/8/8/8/11/8

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of dry floral and mild citrusy hops, pale malt. Taste of dry grassy and floral bitter hops, yeast, citrus, straw, dry bitter finish.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Moldy-malty aroma. Starts strong, some alcoholic notes, fruity like lemon, grapes, bitter background. Dry hoppy notes. Finish could be more balanced. Strange.

Bottle from the brewery. Very dry beginning. Intense floralness, hints of grain in the body with a moderate bitterness and slightly sourness in the aftertaste.

Draught, 11.8% at KCBD19. Weak fruity aroma. Almost clear dark golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is fruity and grassy with a mild spicy hop note. Citric flavour, like lemon candy. Mild alcohol bite in the finish. Actually quite drinkable, which is stupid considering the alcohol content. 636315
