Cloudy golden color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lace. Herbal hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Medium to full body with flavors of floral hops, tropical and citrus fruits and roast malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

16 ounce can. Cloudy pale gold color. Large frothy beige head. Clinging lace. Fragrant citrus hop aroma. Flavor is sweet grapefruit, candied lemon peel, orange and mango. Noticeable boozy notes throughout that intensify into the long bittersweet finish. At 11.1% ABV, this is not for the faint of heart.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 9/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big pineapple, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge pineapple, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of pineapple, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 11.1% lingering after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic NETIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the huge ABV, with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Awesome soft/silky feel, and not aggressive. Fantastic Galaxy, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example as expected.
