16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 9/18/2019. Pours opaquely hazy/cloudy deep orange/copper/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense, creamy, and rocky light khaki head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of steaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, honey, caramel, bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Slight booze in the aromas as it warms, but not overwhelming. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, honey, caramel, bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, honey, caramel, bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and spicy alcohol. Medium carbonation and fairly full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, sticky/resinous/rindy, and lightly slick balanced mouthfeel that is great. Light increasing warmth of 11.5%, with mild with mild booze lingering after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic NETIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip of for the huge ABV with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Great soft feel and not overly aggressive. Fantastic 100% Mosaic showcase. Extremely juicy, dank, and earthy hops; with a large sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.

16 oz can from Tavour, 11/7/19. Darker orange color, creamy beige head, heavy lacing. Heavy orange / grapefruit rind and some overripe fruit too, strong caramel malt, booze. Drinks full bodied, smooth, a little sticky, and with an alcohol warmth. As far as these 11%+ IPAs go, this one is pretty well done, but there just seems to be a ceiling on how well this can work. 7/4/7/3/15

Packaged on 18 September 19. The Aromas are hops, fruit, wet grain and solvents. Flavors are a little like nose, quite sweet up front along with some powerful solvents and a little bitter in The Finish. Rough drinking. One of the very few disappointments from Anchorage. Going to have a hard time finishing this.

16 oz can from Tavour. Murky copper pour, soft, tight head lingers. One word: malty. Aroma is caramel, toffee and oranges. Taste comes in sweet, more caramel and a healthy dose of orange, both OJ and peel. Alcohol warmth right from the start, and stays all the way down. Really nice.
