Can from Tavour. Pours lightly hazy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is grass and green twigs with an earth note. Med body. Flavor is grass/twig/spice and Mexican sage. With an earth note. Very dry. Moderately bitter. Not really NEIPA I'd say, but ...

Draught at source: pale haze with white head. Aroma is herbal, sage, pineapple notes. Taste is lightly bitter, aromatic, herbal. Strange hop character, but I don't dislike it.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 9/11/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy of white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, vanilla, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, vanilla, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, vanilla, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol or hop burn after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic hazy IPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Nicely soft feel, and not overly aggressive. Fantastic 100% Lotus profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with a great balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example as expected.

16 oz can from Tavour, 11/4/19. Hazy yellowish color, strong white head, fairly heavy lace. Mango, citrus zest, and some grass. Bit of catty hops as well. Drinks hoppy, mid-dry, and pretty clean. Really solid. 7/4/8/4/15
