( Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours hazy medium gold with a white head. Notes are dominantly floral, herbal, aromatic citrus/yuzu, all channeling the gin, a touch juicy, pale malt, moderate barnyard funk, drying wood, conifer needle, white pepper, quite dry, light tart and light sweet. Medium bodied with average carbonation. One for people who like gin, which I do. Refreshing and complex reflection of gin adjuncts atop a solid wild ale blend.

Fat på MBCC 2017. Smak och doft av citrus, humle, grapefrukt, omogna krusbär med örtiga och träiga toner. Torr, fin sötma, bra balans mellan fina aromer, viss syrlighet, fin beska. Gott!

Bottle at RBSG. Pours a golden yellow color with a modest white head. Aroma is full of gin barrel and gin botanicals, spicy and some funk. Taste is full of sour funk and a little bitterness. Loads of influence from the gin barrel, tons of gin botanicals. Very herbal and spicy. I like gin, so this works for me pretty well.
