12 ounce can from Flanagan's. 9/10/20. Clear gold, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of tart funk, lime, coriander, apple. Taste is juicy lime, grapefruit, salt, funk. Medium bodied, crisp. Kind of a tequila vibe, with that salt and lime. No smoke detectable. Medium bodied, bright, crisp, juicy. Solid.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 7/19/2019. Pours very hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/tangy limes, citrus peel/zest, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of limes, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tart/tangy limes, citrus peel/zest, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; light zesty bitterness and spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy limes, citrus peel/zest, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of limes, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy, and lightly saline/zesty balanced mouthfeel that fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited gose. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of limes, fruity/acidic yeast, sea salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish; not overly lactic/salty. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome balance of vibrant limes and lacto complexity; with a great clean pale/wheat malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example as expected.

Slightly hazy deep orange, peach and light bronze coloured body with a nice two to three centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of tart peaches, light brine, apricots, oranges, light grass and hay with some yeast in the nose as well. Light-bodied; Strong brett and funky lactose notes up front with a lot of soured and tart flavours dominate. Some mellow stone fruits and a dash of coriander seed shows through, but all are very drying and very easy-going and quite drinkable. Aftertaste shows the fruits, tart and soured flavours with the brett and funky yeast components and the light malt and wheat make this very refreshing, perhaps because of the very light brine noticeable on the end. Overall, a super nice, refeshing beer with a lot of character, but very easy-drinking throughout and enjoyable. Great to sample and easily recommended for most everyone who likes beer! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Crystal City Wine Shop on 13-September-2019 for US$2,37 sampled at home in Washington on 27-September-2019.
