16 ounce prowler into chalice, filled on 8/30/2019. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and creamy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, apricot, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, clove, light banana/bubblegum, candi sugar, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, candi sugar, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, apricot, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, clove, light banana/bubblegum, candi sugar, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy bitterness; and peppery yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, peach, pear, apricot, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, clove, light banana/bubblegum, candi sugar, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, candi sugar, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 10.4% after the finish. Overall this is an awesome Belgian Tripel. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, candi sugar, and pale/wheat malt flavors; dangerously smooth and fairly crisp/clean to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Awesome balance of Belgian yeast complexity, earthy hops, and a clean pale/wheat malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has Belgian yeast and sweet grains with a bit of dates and raisin underlying. Flavor has strong sweet grains and Belgian yeast with dates supporting.

Taster at the Woodhaven World of Beer. Pours a hazy, light, orange color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is orange juice, cloves, bananas, butterscotch, and pine sap. Sweet and very yeasty, with a light bitterness. Medium body, with a fluffy, clean feel. This is a pretty nice, estery tripel.
