Slightly hazy bronze color with a medium off-white head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace Aroma of tart citrus, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with a salty lime character and notes of wheat and bready malt. The finish is tart with a lime and mango aftertaste. Above average overall.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 6/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy mangoes, lime, lemon, orange, fruit skin, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, mango, lime, coriander, sea salt, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy mangoes, lime, lemon, orange, fruit skin, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy mangoes, lime, lemon, orange, fruit skin, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, mango, lime, coriander, sea salt, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy, and lightly sticky/saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is an awesome fruited gose. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, mango, lime, coriander, sea salt, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish; not overly lactic/salty. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome balanced super juicy/vibrant fruit and Lacto complexity; with a great balanced pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example as expected.
