Can. This has sat for a while... and today is the day! Pours like a Bud Lite or something... slightly more viscous, but not much. Light lager-colored body with a finger of foam. Aromas are a thing of much oddness. I can pick up some lime, but then almost a medical astringent smell... reminds me of that spray that went on wounds when you skinned your knee in the 80's. Flavor is a mix of those... lime and 80's wound dressing. I'm almost to the point where I Google the shit, but screw it... it is the coronavirus apocalypse and I don't have time for all that right now. \"What? Five seconds,\" you say? Too much time! Anyhow, this beer is OK, but not spectacular. I'm wondering if it is better fresh since it has sat in the fridge since Dec.

12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 6/11/2019. Pours lightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy, lightly tart/tangy key limes, citrus peel/zest, lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red apple, cracker, corn, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of peppercorn, pine, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of key limes, citrus/earthy hops, fruity yeast, and moderate maize/pale malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big juicy, lightly tart/tangy key limes, citrus peel/zest, lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red apple, cracker, corn, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of peppercorn, pine, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. A bit of vanilla notes in the aromas/flavors. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and light lime tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy key limes, citrus peel/zest, lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red apple, cracker, corn, white bread dough, biscuit, peppercorn, pine, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of key limes, citrus/earthy hops, fruity yeast, and moderate maize/pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with minimal lingering hop/fruit astringency after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness, tart/tangy/fruit, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, fairly resinous/rindy, and lightly acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an excelent fruited cream ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of key limes, citrus/earthy hops, fruity yeast, and moderate maize/pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great balance of vibrant key limes, and citrus/earthy Cascade hops; with a great clean pils malt/maize backbone, and restrained fruity yeast. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp drying. Not overdone on adjuncts. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected. Great summer beer.
