0,44l can from Uba ja Humal, shared @ Räpäkön Apaja. Pours cloudy yellow with a low head. Aroma is dry and tart malts with rhubarb. Flavor is dry and tart malts with rhubarb. Decent.

Draught@TCBW2018. Yellowish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is lactic acid, grass, rhubarb and some yeast. Flavour is lactic, some slight rhubarb, yeast and has a smooth palate.

Fresh sourish beginning. Fruity fresh, sourish beginning. Great sour with not a top deep aftertaste.

33cl can. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of rhubarb, zest and salty fruits. Taste of salty yellow fruits, lime, rhubarb. Good!

Keg at Uba Ja Humel... Golden amber.. Thin white lacing.. Soft dry Rhubarb fruits nose... Soft shary tart fruits.. Lightest rhubarb

The kind of berliner weisse I love! Super refreshing, good tartness without vinegar, harder sourness in the back of throat. Rhubarb used very well, a lot of it there but it combines magnificently with the beer, neither overpowers.

Can thanks to martjoobolut. Slight hazy pale straw with white head. Light lactic wheat, typical kettle sour notes, some nice rhubarb, green leaves, mineral CO2. Under medium sour, even lighter sweet and not much bitterness. Over light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Nothing too complicated, actually not even a great Berliner Weisse but I happen to really like rhubarb and I think more breweries should make these kinds of beers. I’m sure they could be better but this is enjoyable as it is.

Can. Light metallic rhubarb aroma, medium light dry tart body, light chalk, rhubarb cake with egg white.
