Draught@TCBW2018. Yellowish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is lactic acid, grass, rhubarb and some yeast. Flavour is lactic, some slight rhubarb, yeast and has a smooth palate.

The kind of berliner weisse I love! Super refreshing, good tartness without vinegar, harder sourness in the back of throat. Rhubarb used very well, a lot of it there but it combines magnificently with the beer, neither overpowers.

Can thanks to martjoobolut. Slight hazy pale straw with white head. Light lactic wheat, typical kettle sour notes, some nice rhubarb, green leaves, mineral CO2. Under medium sour, even lighter sweet and not much bitterness. Over light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Nothing too complicated, actually not even a great Berliner Weisse but I happen to really like rhubarb and I think more breweries should make these kinds of beers. I’m sure they could be better but this is enjoyable as it is.
