500 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 2018. Pours fairly crystal clear deep ruby red, light orange/pink/purple color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy blueberries, fruit skin, raspberry, cranberry, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, toasted oak, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of oaken vanilla, leathery/musty funk, red wine vinegar, and yeast/oak/toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of blueberries, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, white oak, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big sour/tart/tangy blueberries, fruit skin, raspberry, cranberry, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, toasted oak, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of oaken vanilla, leathery/musty funk, red wine vinegar, and yeast/oak/toasted earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy berries, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, toasted oak, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, oaken vanilla, leathery/musty funk, light vinegar, and yeast/oak/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of blueberries, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, white oak, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/tart/tangy/spiciness balance, with zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/spiciness and tangy fruit after the finish. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited sour/wild saison! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of blueberries, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, white oak, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink for the ABV, with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Amazingly balanced between juicy/jammy berries, Brett/Bacteria/Saison yeast complexity, and white oak presence/integration; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example.

Bottle thanks to Adam, thanks! Pours a deep ruby amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of earthy and tart blueberries with some light grains and a bit of oak supporting. Flavor has earthy and tart blueberries with a good amount of oak and a bit of sourness underlying.
