Draught@TCBW2018. Yellow colour with a small white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is sour wood, some citrus, tropical fruits and mild spiciness. Flavour is sour wood, some tropical fruit concentrate, citrus and mild maltiness. Slight spices and bunch of fruits in the aftertaste.

On tap at Shelton Festival. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus, peach, wheat. Thin body, citrus, floral, wheat, light tartness, good.

Sampled draft @ TCBW 2018. Paler hazy citrus golden, creamy white head. Nose is stomach acid, vomit, sour candy & vinegar. Fizzy sour with stomach acid, lemon, spoiled, yoghurt lemonade, litchi is lost.

Tap at TCBW 2018. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is fruity, passion, lychee, lacto, lemon. Flavor follows the nose. Overall: fruity enough, to be ok.

Draft at The Festival in Atlanta. Hazy golden yellow color. Nice tropical fruit aroma. Taste is softly sour lychee. Best Chinese Berliner weisse I’ve had in a long time.
