Mills’ first spontaneously fermented beer. The wort was produced using the traditional turbid mash method, with a grist of malted barley, raw wheat and rye. It was left in the coolship overnight to be inocculated with wild yeast and bacteria before being transferred to wood.

At BXL festival. Slight hazy pure golden with small white head. Peach, quite some funk, light caramel, mineral, soft horse, sour lemon. Over medium sour, soft sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.

At BXL Festival. Unclear amber with white head. Sour grain, light unripe peach. Moderate sweet and bitter, quite sour, light rusty. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bxlbeerfest. Pours dark golden. Aroma is sour, fruits, nice funk. Flavor is sour, funk, vinegar, fruits. Overall: very good.
