Raspberries + Pink Peppercorns + Raspberries
A blast of fruitiness, this is a foudre-fermented and -aged, pink peppercorn saison topped up with an acid drop of select barrels before being packed to the brim with the ripest Somerset raspberries.
Starting as a pink peppercorn saison, Fruitbooter really comes into it’s own with the artful use of blending. Selecting a special few from our barrel library to enhance the flavour of the saison and boost it’s tartness to new heights. Then come the raspberries, as fresh and ripe as we could get them, straight from Somerset.
The acidic barrel additions and juicy raspberries make for a tart, jammy, mouthwatering beer.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours brilliant red with limited white/pinkish foam, very fine. Aroma is intense of berries. Body is average, with moderate carbonation and a little astringency. Taste is medium sour, with significant sweetness as well. Final is fairly short.

On tap at GBBF 2019. Reddish pink hazy colour thin pink head. Good red fruit raspberry red currant cherry aroma and flavour. Nice fruit juice. Good fruity sour.

Murky red. Aroma is raspberry, jam, slight leaves and pips. Taste is Perfect sour and sweet balance raspberry. Very drinkable. Raspberry!

Bottle. Hazy pink color with white head. Aroma is raspberry sorbet, very clean and fruity. Taste is lovely raspberries, just a touch of the pink peppercorns. Mineraly mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very clean, very nice, but just also very simple.

Bottle. Red neon to orange, low pink head. Great fresh raspberry nose, medium light, foamy, light tartness, desert, a hint of a kick, dry sparkly clean. Easy drink.

Pink champagne color, nice fine head, super raspberry sour aroma. The pink peppercorns are just barely there hidden between the raspberries and the raspberries. Sounds like pop rocks, at least in a Teku glass. I could drink a lot of that.
