312 Dry-Hopped has all of the lemony, doughy notes we love in 312 with extra brightness fromthe dry-hopping. Drink it fresh. Hope you like it.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can, canned April 26, 2020 poured into a weizen glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is herbal hops, wheat esters, and hints of lemon.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Green Bay 9/13/19. Hazy orange, large frothy white head good retention. Aroma of dank, tropical fruit, wheat. Taste is earthy, dank, resiny and tropical hops, pale wheat. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness, juicy. Solid. Certainly better than the normal version.

The Aromas are pale malt, with a little Citrus and maybe a hint of mango, but nothing that I would classify traditionally as Hoppy. Flavors are similar to nose, slightly more sweet then tart or bitter with the Citrus coming on stronger but again nothing like hops. Okay beer but I would have expected more hops from a dry hopped beer.

12 ounce can into pint glass, best before 5/21/019. Pours lightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, lime, orange, red grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red apple, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, dill, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, lime, orange, red grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red apple, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, dill, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime, orange, red grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red apple, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, dill, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is an excellent hoppy American pale wheat ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/drying finish, not aggressive. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great mix of hop complexity from Millennium, Hallertau, Cascade, Saaz, & Saphir. Extremely vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a great clean pale/wheat malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example.

Pour is a cloudy honey with a huge white head. Aroma is some lemon drop hop and wheat malt. Flavor is again some generic wheat malt with a little lemon hop bite toward the back end. WIth the low alcohol this would be a great summer chugger but not a whole lot going on here.

16 oz. can from Goose Island. Pours a slightly hazy yellow under a puffy head. Smell is kind of light, with jut a slight note of bittering hops. I guess it's a little more that one would get in the regular 312, which has a more malty "beer" smell. First thing in the taste is a kind of watery mouthfeel. Effervescence is low, like this was carbonated in the can. I got more cloudiness when I poured the last of the can into my glass, so maybe there is some secondary yeast. Just kind of thin. I guess we'll call it "sessionable."
