12 ounce can from Woodman's Appleton. 2/27/20. Slightly hazy orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of floral, leafy, melon, pale malt. Taste is resin, melon, dank, white grape, grapefruit, mandarins, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy, well balanced, low bitterness. Quite nice.

The Aromas are mainly fresh hop resin with some Citrus and a little tropical fruit plus some dust. Flavors are balanced Bittersweet but with low bitterness great carbonation and body. Good finish. Very nice drinking beer but nothing that really stands out.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/11/2018. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, coconut, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, coconut, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, coconut, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with and awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced moutfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an awesome IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and pretty refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/resinous/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Awesome Cashmere, Centennial, and Amarillo profile. Very juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a nice balancing bready malt backbone. No residual sweetness from crisp resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and well made style example as usual. Another delicious and unique hop combination.
