Can: Cloudy, darker pink with a pinkish-white head. Hibiscus, raspberry aroma. Taste is a bit tea-like.....raspberry, lemon, hibiscus. Clean feeling....not too sweet with a bit of leafy bittering. Very nice.

12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 11/7/2018. Pours moderately hazy reddish/pinkish orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lightly tart/tangy raspberry, peach, fruit skin/seed, lemon peel, juniper, spruce, strawberry, cranberry, hibiscus, coriander, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruit, spices, and pale/wheat malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lightly tart/tangy raspberry, peach, fruit skin/seed, lemon peel, juniper, spruce, strawberry, cranberry, hibiscus, coriander, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, grassy, citrus peel bitterness; coriander, juniper spiciness; and slight fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of raspberry, peach, fruit skin/seed, lemon peel, juniper, spruce, strawberry, cranberry, hibiscus, coriander, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruit, spices, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, fairly crisp, and slightly acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.6%. Overall this is a very good fruited/spiced blonde ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruit, spices, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish. A little more bitter/spicy than expected, but well made style example. Very well balanced fruit, spices, and pale/wheat malts; with minimal residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A very enjoyable and unique offering.
