Sampled from the tap at Cultivate Taphouse. Pours a clear deep ruby red with a light pink head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of strawberry and blackberry jam and some sweet grains. Flavor is full of blackberry and strawberry jam that is sweet.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 10/2018. Pours opaquely murky dark ruby red/purple color with no head retention or lacing on the glass. Some light lingering bubbles on the glass, and streaming carbonation. Good appearance. Aromas of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy strawberries, blackberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange juice, peach, plum, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape, hay, straw, grass, wheat, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of berries, fruity/light acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge juicy/lightly tart/tangy strawberries, blackberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange juice, peach, plum, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape, hay, straw, grass, wheat, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness and fruit tang on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy strawberries, blackberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange juice, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape, hay, straw, grass, wheat, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of berries, fruity/light acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a nice malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Light carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/pulpy, and lightly acidic/tangy/tannic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.4%. Overall this is an amazing fruit beer! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of berries, fruity/light acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mildly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Not overly lactic. This was way less sour than the Peach/Passionfruit version. Insanely huge berry jam flavors; with balanced fruity Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malt sweetness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example.
