16 ounce can is round and cylinderical. Slightly hazed medium gold color. Frothy beige head with mystical clinging lace. Perfumy nose of pears, melon and yellow Play-Doh. First sip is doughy malt, reminiscent of the inside of a fat Philly soft pretzel. Soon to follow are notes of lemon peel, guava jelly, lime essence and pineapple cores. Finishes with earthy, tropical fruit notes along with light resiny pine and plasticine notes. Overall, quite pleasing and tasty.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 9/25/2018. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, tangerine, orange juice, ruby grapefruit, lemon, lime, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, tangerine, orange juice, ruby grapefruit, lemon, lime, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very mild pine, zesty, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, tangerine, orange juice, ruby grapefruit, lemon, lime, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.5%. Overall this is an incredible NEIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; insanely smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the minimally bitter/drying finish. Amazingly soft feel. Amazing Azacca/Idaho 7 profile. Extremely juicy and slightly dank hop complexity; perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone, not overly sweet from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example.

Pour is hazy IPA hazy with a large white head. Aroma is a citrus fruit cocktail with orange being the predominate fruit. Flavor is more orange juice with some bitter citrus and a little white sugar sweetness. Pretty much spot on hazy IPA. A little more bitterness and sweetness keeps it interesting.
