On tap at Hopcat. Pours a hazy deep red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy and tart cherry with yogurt and grains supporting. Flavor has earthy cherry that grows in tartness and has a bit of yogurt and grains backing.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 5/2018. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy ruby red/orange/light pink/purple color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky light pink head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy cherries, fruit skin, lemon, pear, green apple, melon, white grape, hay, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light lacto/Brett funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/light acidic yeast, cherries, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of juicy/lightly tart/tangy cherries, fruit skin, lemon, pear, green apple, melon, white grape, hay, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light lacto/Brett funk, and yeast earthiness. Very mild fruity/lactic tartness and fruit tang on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy cherries, fruit skin, lemon, pear, green apple, melon, white grape, hay, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light lacto/Brett funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/light acidic yeast, cherries, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly acidic/tangy mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an excellent fruited milkshake sour! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/light acidic yeast, cherries, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink; with the mildly acidic/tangy finish. Very flavorful for the low ABV. Nicely jammy fruit, balanced milkshake-like sweetness; and solid Brett/lacto complexity. A very enjoyable offering. Just as impressive as the rest so far, great summer beers.
