12 oz can. Pours gold with a fine particle haze and a white head. Pine resin, spicy, and grapefruit hop aromas. Flavor has pine, spicy, and citrus hops, with bitterness present but not strong. Quite nice.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 5/11/2018. Pours fairly crystal clear golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, mint, pepper, pine, lightly toasted bread, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, mint, pepper, pine, lightly toasted bread, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, mint, pepper, pine, toasted bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7.1%. Overall this is an excellent IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish, never aggressive. Very vibrant, dank, and earthy hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, and mild lingering sweetness. Loved the hop profile as expected. A very enjoyable offering.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly and laces. Aroma is full of citrus rind with grass and sweet grains backing. Flavor has lots of citrus rind and grass with grains backing.
