On tap. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head. Tropical, citrus hop aromas. Flavor has tropical, citrus hops, a bit of herbal hops. Works quite well.

Can. Pours a near clear yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is citrus forward with a bit of rind, onion and sweet grains supporting. Flavor has a nice combination of citrus and sweet grains with a hint of onion underlying.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours fairly hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/rind, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/rind, pepper, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol for 5.5%. Overall this is an excellent NEIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish, never overly aggressive. Great balance of juicy/dank Citra/Mosaic hop complexity; nice pale/wheat malt backbone, with no residual sweetness. A bit more bitter/drying than expected, but definitely a very enjoyable and well made attempt at the style.
