Sample at Bob's Bar. The beer is a clear bronze-gold color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Aroma of peach, spice and wheat. Medium body with flavors of salty peaches, coriander, ginger, wheat and malt. The finish is moderately tart with a peach and spice aftertaste. Decent overall.

Pours mostly clear gold and smells of peaches, coriander and other spices, and some tartness. It has a peachy, malty flavor that's somewhat tart with salt and alcohol. It's alright though doesn't quite blend well for me. Maybe gose doesn't need an imperial style, but Southern Tier has a long history of making almost anything imperial.

Bottle. A- Chamomile tea, cardamom, coriander, salt, peach. A- Orange color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Potpourri, coriander, chamomile, cardamom, peach. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- Interesting. Had their Imperial Cherry gose and it was okay. This was a bit better than that. Peach is certainly there and the nose is quite nice bringing forward all the spices listed on the label, but the flavor. Wow, this was like a liquid, candle. Think pumpkin spice beer and just replace the pumpkin with peach. It was just a bit too heavy on the spice on the palate. Otherwise, a great beer.

Bottle from Market Street Wine. Pours mostly clear gold with lots of carbonation and a small white head. Aroma is peach, ginger (I suppose that's the cardamom and chamomile combo, but I sweat I smell ginger). Flavor is tart peach - not sour, cardamom, chamomile, light salt. Interesting combo... I think it works.

Sampled on draft at Tapped this beer poured a bright copper color with a small foamy orange-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was yeasty and sourish with a bit of peach. The flavor was tart and sour with peach, lemon, yeast and a hint of salt. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is chamomile, light body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is peach, chamomile, cardamom, and little lacing. Flavors do not meld for me.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 4/12/2018. Pours fairly crystal clear deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lightly tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin, lemon, pear, red/green apple, melon, coriander, chamomile, cardamom, peppercorn, clove, cinnamon, sea salt, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/light acidic yeast, peaches, spices, and moderate bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lightly tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin, lemon, pear, red/green apple, melon, coriander, chamomile, cardamom, peppercorn, clove, cinnamon, sea salt, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and herbal spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of lightly tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin, lemon, pear, red/green apple, melon, coriander, chamomile, cardamom, peppercorn, clove, cinnamon, sea salt, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/light acidic yeast, peaches, spices, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tart/spiciness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and fairly acidic/sticky/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Mild warmth of 8.5% after the finish. Overall this is a nice fruit/spiced Gose. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/light acidic yeast, peaches, spices, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/spicy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Spices are pretty intense, but not too overwhelming. Would have preferred less; with more lactic acidity and fruit presence. Maybe a bit more salt as well. A nicely enjoyable offering and good style example.
