Tart/tangy raspberry; red/green/crisp apples/fruit peel/herbal; lt spice/yeast earth. Semidry/semicrisp carb. Slight acid/tannins/drying. Flavorful/refreshing. Fairly clean finishing. Great fruit complexity/balance. Really well made stuff.
