Bottle @ home. Dark brown colour, thin layer of beige foam. Sweet malts, complex woody notes, rather sweet, calvados. Well balanced, maybe a tad too sweet.

Bottle with huge thanks to Nikos! Pours slightly hazy mahogany, small off-white head, decent lacing. Aroma is toast, brandy, toffee, date. Flavor is medium plus sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. Good.

Bottle 330ml. corked @ [ Radikal Whale slaying Tasting ] - Thessaloniki, Greece. [ As Szałpiw Buba Extreme Calvados BA ].Clear medium to dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, calvados - apple, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, calvados, sweet malt, dark malt, dried fruit, wood - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. F: no real. C: dark brown, opaque. A: dark malt, vinous, caramel, dried fruits. T: a lot of malty, fruity, dried fruits, caramel, brandy, full body, low carbonation, very nice, enjoyed, sample from bottle @ RBESG 2017, Grand tasting in Tallin, Estonia. 8/4/9/4/16 = 4.1 28/04/2018 F: thin, tan, not long lasting. C: dark with red hue against the light, opaque. A: thick toffee, vinous, caramel, chocolate, cocoa, dried plums. T: nice vinous, fruity, dried fruits, warming alcohol, very nice, fully enjoyed, full complex body, low carbonation, sample from 33cl bottle shared with Germany and BE RB crew @ ZBF 2018.

Bottle from the dregs run. Pours clear red-brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of calvados and brown sugar, something spicy. Taste is boozy, sweet, apple, toffee. Nicely balanced finish.
