12 ounce bottle into lager glass, bottled on 7/24/2017. Pours slightly hazy pale golden/straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lasts. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of cracker, biscuit, white bread dough, light honey/pepper, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Slightly fruity/yeasty in the aromas, but very minimal. Taste of big cracker, biscuit, white bread dough, light honey/pepper, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, biscuit, white bread dough, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and minimal astringent hop flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal yeast notes present. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and fairly crisp/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.3%. Overall this is a delicious Czech pilsner style. All around nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Just a tad too bitter for the style. This has nice clean pils malt flavors, with a nice balance of noble hops; without being too overly drying. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

12 oz bottle. Pours a lightly hazy gold with a white head. Sweet pale malt aroma, touches floral hops. Flavor is pretty light, pale malt, mildly fruity, and light floral hops. It’s okay, but needs to be more assertive.
