This naturally cloudy “Frühlingsbier” is bottled unfiltered, one of the results being that the beer retains many natural, protein, hops and yeast elements. The fine, natural cloudiness and the flowery-yeast aroma allow the beer-lover to anticipate the richness of taste that this refreshing, very drinkable beer offers, a beer that is also thoroughly distinguished by a pleasantly bitter sensation. From a nutritional-physiological view it must also be emphasized that this beer makes a significant contribution to good health with its vitamin and mineral-rich yeast content. From the beginning of March, beer enthusiasts can enjoy this seasonal Ayinger beer specialty for a brief period.

Optisch trübes Gelb, fluffiger Schaum. In der Nase schön hopfig, Getreide. Im Trunk hopfig, bitter, bisschen wässrig. Schmeckt eher wie ein typisches Pils. Naja.

Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy yellow pour, two finger creamy white head, very good retention. Sticky lacing on the glass. Crisp on the nose, grassy and grainy notes, touch of citrus, herbal background. Light body, lively carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, refreshingly fizzy, easily drinkable. Balanced taste, mild biter with subtle sweet and sour notes. Aroma of lager malt, yeast, hay, grass, herbs and grains. Mild spicy, hints of citrus. Floral and bready notes. Short lasting finish, slightly dry. Solid thirst quencher.

0.5 l bottle shared with PBF pivica on his wedding day at Spicy Days. Congratulations! Clear pale golden, small off-white head. Grainy, bready, lightly hoppy, floral, nice yeasty presence, doughy and slightly dusty. Sweet malty, bready, a fruity estery and doughy touch. Very soft, soft carbonation, light body, light abrupt finish. Nice yeasty profile, ends a bit too soft.
