HUGE thanks to SinH4. Bottle sampled on train pre-ZBF 2018. Pale golden. Nose is very basic sugar, candy, almost funk. Lacks bit body here, very basic sugar, iron almost, harsh plastic finish, stale apple, sugar, candy, finish is not the best with the harsh plastic, no complexity. Very weak for the style.

Apple shaped bottle, many thanks Ramón! My 20th Ice Cider. Golden color with no head. Aroma is bratapfel, cellar, smooth must. Taste is sweet natural apples, slightly sirupy, gummibears, vanilla, a touch nutty, a touch tannins, no real acidity there, but it doesn't feel too sweet. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Tasty and very balanced, though not too deep nor complex. A simple delight.

375mL bottle, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out vanilla, sweet apple and caramel. Flavour is moderately complex, with notes of caramel, vanilla and medium apple. Moderate complexity for an iced cider, with a sweet, alcoholic finish. Not up there amongst the best ice ciders - but still quite nice.

Blond color, light shade. Mild but nice aroma of stewed apples, a bit woody and sour. For an Ice Cider, it has a moderate sweetness level; some cider profile, moderate acidity.
Good, not exciting.

Bottle from matt7215. Heck of a generous trader. Pours clear coppery orange with just a few bubbles. Aromas of apple and light spice. Full bodied with virtually no carbonation. Flavor is sweet, quickly going to apple skin and a bit of sour/wood/acidity. Then some interesting strange spice flavor erupts. Gets towards peppery. An incredible taste experience. Finishes sweet passing to not so sweet. Again and again.

2001 bottle. Uploaded info and sent in a picture. Pours with a burnt copper body and good, firm alcohol legs. Aroma of baked apples with cinnamon, light must, all spice, brown sugar and a decent amount of alcohol. Taste is thick and sweet with cinnamon, nutmeg and all-spiced flavor baked apple. Right near La Face levels of taste and mouthfeel, possibly even better than the regular Pomme Neige. Mouthfeel is thick, syrupy and mouthcoating with a slight hint of effervescence. Worth every bit of the $30 for a 375ml when compared to the La Face ciders.
