Dragon’s Milk Triple Mash is the ultimate indulgence, the result of years of honing technique and pushing the limits of what a barrel-aged stout can be.
Dragon’s Milk Triple Mash is aged for one year in select bourbon barrels. The flavors of Dragon’s Milk – chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla, & oak – are all amplified in away that still allows for balance and refinement to shine through.

12oz @ Matt's (thx for the beer, man!) house. Appearance: clear very dark copper with a beige head. Aroma: lots of meaty notes, very similar to most of the early (at least released) released Temporal beers. Taste: very sweet, dark fruits forwarded, oak, lots of candies and caramel. Overall: ok.

Poured from 12 fl oz bottle (2024 vintage; bottled 02/01/2024). Dark brown with no head. Dark fruits, whiskey, very smooth hidden alcohol for 18+%, medium bodied. I enjoy it, despite not really knowing where to place this...

Medium brown colour, doesn't look like an impy. Sort of a fig newton thing, cookie and all. There's a decent oak note, lending a bit of dryness. It's big, more simple than expected. The barrel isn't crushing, it's a bit there but not adding much. Maybe a bit vanilla-ish in the finish.

12 oz. bottle, pours a dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is surprisingly restrained for an 18%+ triple mash impie, with light roast, a hint of oak, and light sugars. Flavour is very rich, with intense, complex sugars, gentle whiskey, some toffee, dark dried fruits, and a touch of roast. Lots of sugars, with subtle barrels, but plenty of complexity. Very good.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark brown hue with almost no head, just some bubbles. A big boozy nose, vanilla, char, wood. Sweet, hot, vanilla, cocoa, sugary dark fruit, Legs on the glass. This is intense. But it works. Loads of brown sugar. Not really stout like. More of an English Barleywine.

Bottle from Corti Bros. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight transient tan head. Aroma of whiskey and dark malts. Med plus body. Flavor is heat, bourbon, dark malts, dark toffee and more. Not dry. Heat stands in for bitter. A very good experience.
