Tallboy can from Whole Foods Wauwatosa, 11/18/16. Clear very pale golden, moderate fizzy white head that fades quickly. Aroma of sweet apples and mild earthy hops. The taste is dry earthy apples, hints of pine. Thin.

Sampled from a 16 oz can this cider poured a yellow gold with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was musty with a dryish apple note. The flavor was musty with dryish apple and a touch of medicine. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

On tap at Bushwhacker Woodlawn, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out perfumey floral hops upfront, along with pine and dry apples. Flavour is fairly acidic, with quite restrained dry hopping and bone dry apple skins. Medium acidity on the finish. It's okay - there are much better examples of hopped ciders.

Sample at Vander Mill. Light gold body with little carbonation and aromas of apples and pine and earthy hops. Flavor is much more cider than hops but there is a bit of Columbus in the finish. It’s a bright and clean cider.
