12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 3/17/2015. Pours moderately hazy golden straw color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, wheat, cracker, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of lemonade, pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, wheat, cracker, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/spicy bitterness and slight citrus tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, wheat, cracker, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of lemonade, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great crisp malt/fruit/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly acidic mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a very nice lemon shandy style. All around god robustness and balance of lemonade, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
