Draft at Bigalora Southfield. Pours a clear straw gold with a full 2 fingers of creamy white foam. Light grain and peppery hops on the nose. Crisp and clean, light-bodied and easy drinking. Peppery hops and grass with grain on the finish. Easy drinking, but complex with some lingering mineral notes on the finish. Pretty nice.

Lemon, toasted bread malt, and fresh hay aroma. Golden yellow with moderate white head. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter fresh hay/grass flavor. Good body. Decent.

On tap at ABC Microbrewery. Clear light golden pour with a white head. Light pale malt aroma. Flavor is pale malty, lightly sweet, with some herbal and citrus hops. A decent but unexciting pils.

12 ounce bottle into lager glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours slightly hazy bright golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of earthy hop and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Moderate amount of earthy/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of earthy hop and pale malt flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors with minimal yeast ester notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, fairly sticky, and slightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very good German pilsner style. All around good balance and robustness of earthy hop and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. Feels a bit too hoppy for the style, but otherwise a nicely enjoyable offering.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice crisp grassiness with an underlying grain note. Flavor has a bit of biscuit and grain with a bit crisp grass an even a hint of saltiness.
