Bomber from Tavour. Nose is pumpkin, light cloves and nutmeg, and a hint of toffee and funk. Crystal clear copper with a medium lightly lacing beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter, and a lot of pumpkin and spices.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours hazy reddish orange color with a 2 finger fairly dense light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big pumpkin, banana, pear, apple, white grape, bubblegum, cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread, brown sugar, clove, pepper, herbal, grass, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big pumpkin, banana, pear, apple, white grape, bubblegum, cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread, brown sugar, toast, clove, pepper, herbal, grass, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Fair amount of earthy yeast spice on the finish; with lingering notes of pumpkin, banana, pear, apple, white grape, bubblegum, clove, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, gingerbread, brown sugar, toast, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and fairly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an awesome pumpkin spiced saison! All around great balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and bready malt notes; and very smooth and crisp to sip on for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.
