Schwarze Farbe mit bräunlicher Schaumkrone. Voller malziger Geruch mit Kaffee, Schokolade und Vanille. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig, Schokolade, Kaffee, Vanille, Bourbon. Hohe Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Bottle picked up from BeyondBeer Webshop, Hamburg and consumed sat outside Frank at Otmarring Campingplatz in the Altmühltahl Friday 7th July 2020, we had a very nice Fish Pie for tea. Pours black with a tan head, aroma of bourbon. In the mouth it ticks all of the right boxes, the bourbon ageing is really smooth. However as pleasant as this is, I'm still not completely drawn in.

Fles 33cl thuis. Espresso, bitter, bourbon, eik, vanille, boozy, pure chocolade, vol, roasted malts, krachtig, donker fruit, citrustonen, licht vineus, zoethout, sojasaus. Flinke smaaksensatie. Intens. Nasmaak blijft lang hangen.(18-7-2020).

Chocolate and a bit of coffee on the nose. Coffee and chocolate, a bit of boozy bourbon, a sweet finish. Nice.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Very dark brown with small tan head. Quite some coffee, roasted malts, marshmallow, soft chili, earthy roasted malts, dead leaves, soft licorice, dry blackberries, bourbon, raw cocoa. Over medium sweet, quite bitter, light tart. Full bodied with soft chili heat. Nice.
