12 ounce bottle into lager glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy golden amber color with a nice 1-2 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, cracker, bread, floral, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of malt, hop, and yeast notes; with decent strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, cracker, bread, floral, grass, light honey, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy floral bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of light fruits, cracker, bread, floral, grass, light honey, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of hop, malt, and yeast flavors; with zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth and fairly crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is a very good pilsner style. Good balance and robustness of flavor; and very smooth to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Pours clear gold, with a tall, foamy head. Hoppy, grassy aroma. Taste is evenly bittered hops...grain, grass. Very smooth.

Clear golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is light, with grainy malts, sweetness, and some earthy hops. A bit of floral comes in the flavor but mostly earthy hops and light grain. Not much going on here but not offensive at all. Would be a great tailgating beer.

From a 12 oz bottle. Looks like pale lager, smells rather fresh. I’m not sure if pilsners are getting more sharp but this is; well at first then it seems to grow on yah. Tastes like more than 5%. Yes, not like the pils or pilsners when I first started rating; you know, just a little more personality than a macro lager. Quite hoppy sharp, even near the finish. Overall, not too bad, but it did have an unexpected kick at first.

Sample at Jackie O’s as part of Ohio Brew Week (and my 800th Ohio beer). Clear pale golden pour with a medium thin white head that burns away to an outer ring quickly. Top ring of lacing on the glass with spots underneath. Aroma of mild hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, herbs and biscuit malt. The finish is lightly hoppy with a short fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.
