Its alright. Clean straightforward apple flavors, a bit on the sweet side, a tad heavy, but not surprising at 8% abv. No real depth or anything interesting however. Try a different yeast. Sorry hometown winery.

Very nice. Balanced lightly tart/sweet apple complexity. Light body/semidry finish. Light-med carb. Super smooth/minimal warming. Very clean --- Beer merged from original tick of Oliver Beanblossom Hard Cider on 24 Jun 2016 at 19:34 - Score: 8. Original review text:

Bottle, metal. A clear pale golden cider with some bubbles on top. Sweet aroma with apples. A tad alcoholic. Alcohol, apples and white sugar in the flavor. Medium body, very soft carbonation. Apples and white sugar in the end. Way too sweet this one, and quite alcoholic. 140214

750ml bottle - Pours clear green-yellow and smells of green apples. The flavor is crisp and very sweet. It’s light to medium bodied with slight carbonation and a sweet finish. The alcohol is buried. Good cider.

Clear and very pale golden with zero head. Tart apple aroma with very light sweetness, a bit musty. Medium thin body with no carbonation. Flavor has a nice medium tartness, apple juice, very light sweetness. Mildly dry finish. Very refreshing and quite enjoyable.
