Bright and shiny sour ale, with addition of maize for extra smooth flavor and mouthfeel, and a doubled infusion of Swedish peach candies. A well-tempered prickly combination. Soft Serves incredibly well.

Tap @ Uba ja Humal. Pours yellow, slightly cloudy and with just a bit of white foam on top. Nose is pretty much gone, just a little hint of malty husks and something tart. Taste has gimmicky bubblegum and some candy soak water. Finish short and not much there. Pretty underwhelming as far as Omnipollo beers go.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, old grass, fruit stones, hay, peach, light malts, paper, hints of something sulfury. Taste is mild fruity, hay, fruit stones, light malts, peach, grass, flowers, berry skin, hints of soda powder. Slightly watery and mild fruity mouthfeel with little sourness. Boring.

Draft glass @ Gollem: Craft Beer Madness #2. Paler citrus, little white head. Nose is pure peach gelatine candy, not super sweet but clear candy sweetness,… Taste is same peach gelatine candy, sugar, sweet, similar to gelatine candy not that sweet but sweet for sure, nice candy, actually works.

Flaska från Ica Emporia, Malmö. Ljusgul och disig med medelhögt poröst vitt skum. Smakar som slussen de brukar bjuda på på festivalen fast mindre av allt. Lätt syrlig och lite aprikosgodisfruktig. Väl läskliknande och lite halvtrist.
