Bright and shiny sour ale, with addition of maize for extra smooth flavor and mouthfeel, and a doubled infusion of Swedish peach candies. A well-tempered prickly combination. Soft Serves incredibly well.

Første tørstepremie (på Bøker &Børst) under årets Bjørnøy rundt triathlon: uklar lys strågul med kort skum. Luftig og lett aroma og smak, hvor lys fersken dominerer. Litt fruktsyre i avslutningen. Et lettdrikkelig men svært så endimensjonalt øl.

0.33l bottle from Kubbo Select. Hazy yellow color with medium white head lasting for few seconds only. Aroma: sweet and salty, malt, only light touch of tart. Taste: light tart, light saltiness, light peach, all the flavours are very shallow, beer itself is watery. Light bodied, soft to moderate carbonation, light bitterness. Good but nothing special is going on here.

Bottle at 100 piv. Overall low in intensity, watery both in body and character. Subtle peach, practically no sour character, very light sourness itself. Popcorn lost in timespace. Easy drinking, and refreshing, but otherwise weak.
