A very prudent re-brew in title alone! We certainly are now very much here in our lovely shiny new home. This DIPA draws on time spent with friends from the US and
alludes to being the Daddy to the son Even Sharks...

Massive mouthfeel, soft and luscious and hopped to Penryn Post Office and back with Citra, Galaxy and a
touch of Chinook. First Class bevvy.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20201008) The beer poured cloudy and pale orange. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, peach, spiciness and tangerine. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, tangerine, peach, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A pleasant hoppy brew with good drinkability.

Can. It's an unclear yellow colored beer with an orange hue and a small white head. The aroma has a vague hint of pale malts in the far back, with lots of grapefruit, mango and orange zest. It's medium to full-bodied, with a soft carbonation and a light bitterness. There's not much maltyness going on in the flavor either, hops run the show, with grapefruit, mango, orange and some pineapple. Long tropical fruity and piney finish. Dangerously refreshing and easy drinkable for a beer at this ABV. 201006

Draught @ Panema, Helsinki. Sweetish, juicy tropical fruity and citrusy with some pine, mango, floral hops, some pineapple and peach. Pretty balanced hop juice. Good one.

Draft sample; Clearly different on the nose in comparison with the batch that I had a few days ago; at first clear plastic that fades away, restrained fruitiness, moderate sweetness, a bit grassy/green & woody underneath, citrus zest, pine, no alcohol

Can from Cork & Cask. Murky golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of parma violets and menthol. Flavour of liquorice and peach with a peppery finish. Medium to full body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A quality DIPA.
