A very prudent re-brew in title alone! We certainly are now very much here in our lovely shiny new home. This DIPA draws on time spent with friends from the US and
alludes to being the Daddy to the son Even Sharks...

Massive mouthfeel, soft and luscious and hopped to Penryn Post Office and back with Citra, Galaxy and a
touch of Chinook. First Class bevvy.

Tap at Vinny and Ted, Chalfont St Peter. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, dank grassy, juicy tropical citrus, light warm alcohol, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg draught from the Drawing Board Bottle Shop Tap Room, Royal Leamington Spa. Light yellow and hazy with a film of white head. Big boozy aroma of biscuity malt, tropical fruit, citrus, grassy notes. Sweet and boozy taste with a massive amount of citrus peel. Big thick body with soft to nil carbonation. So much going on here, a hazy IIPA which stillmanaged to have a big malt-led character.
