Herr Hemlig is back in business. For those who doesn't know. Herr Hemlig was our first non-fruit beer we launched when we started Brewski back in 2014. Sadly we had to stop making it, due to the success of both Mangofeber & Passionsfeber. Now with more capacity, we will re-launch this beer. Imagine 2,5 years of knowledge compressed into a bottle. Then you get Herr Hemlig IPA v 2.0 with ABV 5.6%. A simple, but yet tasty India Pale Ale!

Bottle (from UJH). Pours hazy golden with whiteish head. Aroma is fruity, citrus, dryness, berries, lime. Flavor is sweet, sour, and bitter, fruity, berries, cactus, citrus, lime. Finish is fruity. Body is rather thin. Overall: not a fan.

Tap @ Dunkbar, Odense. Pours Hazy Golden with a White head ned lacings. Juicy and dry with correct bitterness. Minimal yeast. Some. Doesnt interfere too much. Thanks!

From tap. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is pone and grapefruity. Bitter. Slight herbal. Solid hoppy. Bitter, slight sweet fruity impression. Biter and solid hoppy finish.

Hazy plae golden color, frothy white head with good retention, some lacing. Aroma has notes of citrus, herbal hints as well. Flavor with a decent bitterness, light citrusy, some lime hints. Milky mouthfeel with fresh lime notes.
