Herr Hemlig is back in business. For those who doesn't know. Herr Hemlig was our first non-fruit beer we launched when we started Brewski back in 2014. Sadly we had to stop making it, due to the success of both Mangofeber & Passionsfeber. Now with more capacity, we will re-launch this beer. Imagine 2,5 years of knowledge compressed into a bottle. Then you get Herr Hemlig IPA v 2.0 with ABV 5.6%. A simple, but yet tasty India Pale Ale!

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is pineapple, tropical fruits, mild oaty tones with some mango and nectar as well. Flavour is mango, pineapple, citrus, nectar, mild wooden tones with some slight spruce.

Hazy, bright yellow color and a nice white head. Citric-frutyness, some lactose, descent bitter finish

Bottle at Kent BE 2019. Hazy gold orange colour lasting cream head. Citrus fruity aroma. Light tropical fruit touch of earth. good citrus though. some bitterness on the finish. good fruit just not quite top notch bit good lasting finish.

Bottle shared with Marte. Murky yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, grapefruity a bit, grapefruit bitter. Decent body and carbonation. 8-2-8-3-15.

0,33 flaske fra Systembolaget Hansa (Malmö), hjemme siste søndagskveld i april: ai, ai - hva er vel bedre enn å sitte i solveggen og nyte en velbalansert, frisk og fruktig øl fra Söta Bror når båtpussen er unnagjort? Hmm, muligens en hjemmelaget IPA Mandarina, men den får vente til senere i kveld. Herr Hemlig er en innsmigrende bekjentskap - plenty av citrus, ananas og sikkert noen tropiske frukter i en behagelig maltkropp. Elegant, velkalibrert og inspirerende.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy peachy citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.
