Herr Hemlig is back in business. For those who doesn't know. Herr Hemlig was our first non-fruit beer we launched when we started Brewski back in 2014. Sadly we had to stop making it, due to the success of both Mangofeber & Passionsfeber. Now with more capacity, we will re-launch this beer. Imagine 2,5 years of knowledge compressed into a bottle. Then you get Herr Hemlig IPA v 2.0 with ABV 5.6%. A simple, but yet tasty India Pale Ale!

Hazy pale blond colour with fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have some citrus pith bitterness. Quite crisp. Heavy carbonation.

Nice fizzy-creamy longlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, leafs, sour grass, hay, lawn, fruit stones, bark, hops, moss, alcohol, sawdust, flowers, pine needles. Taste is slightly dry and harsh boozy, weeds, leafs, hay, bark, minerals, grass, alcohol, fruit stones, moss, paper, pine needles, sawdust. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly watery and harsh grassy mouthfeel. Boring.

200ml draught at BD57. Bubbly, filmy layer. Cloudy yellow-gold body. Good lacing. Moderate ripe citrus nose. Smooth fruit hoppy taste of pineapple and citrus. Rounded bitter fruity end. Fine bodied. Nice. (Oslo 09.02.2018).

Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and finely minerally crisp. Light malts bring a very light creamy sweetness. Hops are a lovely combination of fresh orange with a little fresh yellow grapefruit. Touches of pine and hop spice before a crisp finish. A light and very refreshing fruity IPA, great stuff!

Flaska från SB. Tack Samuel214.Djupgul, vitt skum. Snällt fruktig arom av ananas och mango. Stram, lite bubblig kropp. Lite blek smakmässigt. Mest humle åt det lite grönare hållet. En aning vetekaraktär, citrusvita, aprikos och torr beska.
