This cider is made with a combination of rare Red fleshed apples, Crab apples, and Heritage Russet apples. A few tannic English and French apples have been blended in to add to the character and complexity of this "one of a kind" mix. Similar in look to many rose wines, it also has a floral and perfumed beginning. All of these unique apples are grown and fermented in our Michigan Orchard at Eastman's Antique Apples. No colors or sugars added.
